I am an advocate and implementer of place-based learning in museums and other sites where teachers and students can access culture, nature, and history. After seven years as the Deputy Director for Learning and Engagement at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, I have just begun the new adventure of working on education programming for The Trustees of Reservations, which manages 118 special places where people of all ages can engage deeply with Massachusetts' natural, cultural, and historical legacy.
